When I am using my FineReader to scan documentation to a PDF file from my printer I find that some, not all, of the words seem to "come together. An example is - for anyone who - becomes - foranyone who. Also £ becomes E and some figures are out of line.

I do not know why and i have no idea of how to rectify it in the created PDF file. I am using an Apple MacBook pro.
