Can't get a product

Hi! I'm an English teacher from Russia. I've always used your app Lingvo and I bought some dictionaries some years ago. Now this app belongs to other company, but I hadn't known about it before I changed my phone. I restored the app and some dictionaries, but I can't get an Advanced Set which I bought in 2016. I wrote in support but when I sent them the payment receipt they just stopped responding to my messages. How can I get this set of dictionaries? Help me, please.
