This will work only for the Desktop Verification Station. There is no solution in case the Web Verification Station is used.

I don't think that is the question being asked in this thread. This is a Vantage forum. I think the question is asking, "How can we prevent the operator from completing the task in Manual Review if there are rule errors?" Your response is how to send the task back to Manual Review, from a Process Skill, if there are rule errors.
The answer right now is that we cannot prevent the operator from completing the task in Manual Review if there are rule errors. This is a feature I would like as well. I think I have submitted this to support as a feature request.
The reason is that Vantage feeds data into other systems. I want Vantage to ensure, at a minimum, that there are no data integrity issues when I take the data from Vantage and load a downstream system. Currently, I must verify the data coming from Vantage before I transfer it. Let's take an obvious example.
There will be a red flag on a date field if I type, or Vantage extracts, "Sepi 13, 2024". That isn't a valid date and can be overlooked by the manual review operator when they complete the task. I must now verify and scrub all data points from Vantage before loading into another system.
If we could prevent the operator from completing the task in Manual Review, then I would not need another step to verify the data.
