Today my web application cannot send barcodes to be read using an Cloud OCR SDK. No results appear on the screen. I did a PING to the address cloud-eu.ocrsdk.com, the result was "Reply from 40.68.220.226: Destination host unreachable.".

Is there any problem on ABBYY's side?
