PLEASE HELP ME! I purchased a NEW 1 year license yesterday, November 4, 2024. I need my license number. Please look at my account and let me know what email address you are sending access codes to? I fear it is my old employment email and I am self employed now. I NEED THIS LICENSE TODAY! Please call me or something!!!
The email with my serial number is GONE! Literally, all of the confirmation of purchase emails have disappeared within hours of receiving them.
