I can only find one version of the Mac version. With this version I can also change the PDF files and save and print nasty changes like with the FineReader PDF Corporate version on Windows.

FineReader PDF for Windows and FineReader PDF for Mac have differences in functionality. Kindly check the full list of features (PDF) of the programs.
The feature of editing the text in PDFs directly in the program is not currently supported in FineReader PDF for Mac.
