I am trying to make a system where users scan the receipts via their phones, but in my situation i need to give them a possibility to type in a "reason" and the "Cardholder name". What is the best way to do this? I assume that should be done in manual review but if you know the better way of doing that i will be glad to hear that.

We are trying to build a Vantage process in which people can scan the receipt via Mobile scan feature and upload it to our system.
The problem is that with the info extracted from the receipt we need few more item that are not on the receipt. Like "Cardholders name", "Expence reason", etc.
I am just trying to figure out what will be the best way to give user a chance to type in that info in addition to scanned receipt. If you need to know any additional details i will be glad to clarify that.
