I'm seeking assistance with a persistent error I'm encountering while using the Vantage OCR skill. I'm a Tenant Administrator in Hong Kong, working within a Western Europe domain due to our headquarters' location.
My first attempt involved a 40-page document, which resulted in a "Create Transaction Failed" error using the default OCR skill. I then tested with a smaller, 2-page document, using both the default and a custom-created OCR skill. Both attempts yielded the same error.
This is my first time using the OCR skill in Vantage. I haven't experienced any issues with other Vantage skills.
Could anyone offer guidance on troubleshooting this error? I'm happy to provide any additional details that might be helpful.
