Discrepancy in Flexicapture output for invoices

When loading the invoice in the project setup station, ABBYY FlexiCapture produces two distinct outputs compared to the result obtained automatically from the app server using the import profile. Can you suggest any reasons for this occurrence?

    There are multiple possible causes for the described behavior, so to be able to answer your question, your FlexiCapture 12 project and samples to reproduce the described behavior are needed.
