Installing previously purchased FineReader PDF 15 Standard on new laptop

Hello,

I previously purchased ABBYY FineReader PDF 15 Standard and installed it on my old laptop. I now have a new laptop and want to re-install this program, using the same license information (so that I do not have to pay again for the program). According to this support article, it seems that I this program can only be downloaded via an individual link provided by Customer Support (https://support.abbyy.com/hc/en-us/articles/15898451204499-Downloading-FineReader-PDF-15-FineReader-14-and-PDF-Transformer-). However the 'Submit a request' webform seems broken as after I click submit there is no message stating that my request has been submitted. Can you please send me a link to re-download and install FineReader PDF 15 Standard on my new laptop?

    I've created a support ticket based on this post. Our customer support agent will contact you soon.

    The issue with the "Submit" button is known and to resolve it you may click on any empty space on the webpage or just refresh the page.

    Hello Victoria,

    I have the exact same problem with submitting my request for a download link for the FineReader 14 Standard installer. I am not sure whether the requests that I tried to submit were actually registered in the system. Could you create a support ticket so that customer support will contact me as well?

    We are aware of a technical issue with the Submit request button and our team is currently investigating it. I created a ticket from your comment, please wait for a reply. 

    As a workaround incognito mode in the browser could be used.

    For ABBY FINE READER 14 ENTREPRIS. I created the account and it still refuses to activate the license. The message is something like "Dear ABBYY FineReader user,
    An error occurred when activating the program. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later or use a different activation method.
    For more information, please contact the ABBYY office serving your region. You can find the list of ABBYY offices in the FineReader Help file or at https://www.abbyy.com/support/contacts/" I receive this message from December 2023.
    Please solve this problem.

    Hi, I have the same problem submitting a ticket. I have purchased a license and now I have to install the Finereader PDF 15 Standard to a new laptop. "Sumbit" button does not work, please send the link to download the software to my email. Thanks in advance!
