Can anyone help? I am in a desperate situation. I legally purchased ABBYY FineReader PDF Standard (annual license), but I cannot activate it. The system only generates a "Business.aspx" file and the installation does not proceed further.
What I've already done:
- Uninstalled my previous PDF program (now I don't have any tool to work with!)
- Tried to contact ABBYY technical support through the email I received - unsuccessfully
- Was redirected to a website with no contact form available
- Tried multiple times to activate the program according to the instructions
The whole situation looks like a scam - you pay the full amount, but you can't use the product or get help.
