Abby Finereader 12 license problem

I have a license for the Abbyy Finereader 12, FCEP-1201-**** for Ralitza Jordanov.

Ralitza has had a new laptop, but when I delete the license from the old laptop and install it on the new one it doesn`t work.

Can you help me??

The picture included is from the license on the old laptop, which I have removed…..

Bitte auch für mich. Ich will mit einem Finereader 11 auf einen neuen PC umziehen und es gelingt nicht.
