Hello guy,
two months ago I purchased one ABBYY FineReader licence and everything went down smoothly. I got the licence via email.
Last week I purchased two more licences for my employees, but I cannot access them. I got an email confirming my order with a link to checkout.abbyy, but when I type in my order number or email to receive the access link via email nothing happens. I just do not receive any email from ABBYY.
Last week I reached out to the ABBYY support but so far I did not receive any answer.
How can I access my licences?
Is there any way to phonecall the ABBYY support team?

your support team recommended me to reach out to the support of your checkout partner 2Checkout. I did that one week ago. To this day I got no answer. This is very unsatisfactory. I ordered and paid two licences more than two weeks ago and cannot use the to this day.
