I am working on batch processing files using automated tasks in ABBYY Fine Reader. In step 2 of the set-up, I have the option to include subfolders. Is there a way to make the files save back to their individual subfolders? In the test's I've tried, all of my files save correctly as individual files, but they all get dumped into the main folder I select for saving in step 5.
