Issues when trying to use FineReader OCR

Hello everyone. I'm facing some issues when trying to use FineReader OCR. Here are the specific errors that appear:

  1. C:\Build\TeamAgent\_work\1\s\OCRT\OcrEngine\Document\dlI\Document\Background\BatchOperation.cpp, 243
  2. C:\Build\TeamAgent\_work\1\s\OCRT\mage\Services\Advanced\src\StraightImageCreator.cpp, 524
  3. E:\Agent\_work\8\s\0\Shell\Products\FineReader\App.FineReader\TaskAutomation\Callbacks\TABatchCallbacks.cpp, 281

Questions:

  1. Has anyone else encountered similar issues?
  2. Is there a known solution for these errors?
  3. Is it possible to recover the lost license time due to these issues?
