Finereader keyword list in bulk possible?

Hi All,

Is it possible for Abbyy to redact quite larges pdfs using a keyword list that doesnt have to be entered one by one, lika a comma seperated list?

The keyword list is case sensitive, Tom is in the list but tom in the pdf doesnt get found. The standard search picks up Tom or tom but the keyword list doesnt.
