Dear Sir or Madam,
I have a license that I have been using for many years on a computer with Windows 11 Pro.
After reinstalling the system, I am unfortunately unable to reactivate the license.
The program suggests that the license is being used on multiple computers, which is not true.
For verification, I am sending a copy of the program activation immediately after purchasing the license on 27.07.2021.
I kindly ask for your assistance.

Dear Roman! I just wanted to confirm that, according to our database, the situation was resolved in the support ticket #646505.
I am having exactly the same problem and the same response from support - Could you please advise how I can escalate to have this resolved.
