I receive documents of up to 100 pages which can have a document definition, up to 4, these randomly, they can be on the first sheet or the second or also on the 50th or in any part of the sheets. What I want to know is what is done in those cases? Document sets? o Independent Document definitions, I say this more than anything to avoid the "incorrect order/page" error

If the sheets from the documents are different like 1099 forms, banks statements, etc. then you may need a different Document Definition for each. Now, if you'd like to combine all of this in one package a document set is your option. See this document below:
