Feature request:
Activate the ability to leverage ICR with the Production Skills.  Specifically, PO Skill in this case.  But it should be for all. 

Use case / problem to solve:
Right now, my client's team is unable to leverage the out of box PO skill as their PO's include handwriting. 

What success looks like:
Activate the toggle for ICR.
