Don't allow a Manual Reviewer to choose "Complete" until every document is reviewed..

When there is a Custom Activity Script set up to run after the Manual Review stage if there is even a single document that was not reviewed (even if it has no rule errors or questionable characters) it will cause the script to fail and an error.json file will be produced. I was informed by support that this is the way the system was designed.

    Hi Andrew,

Yes, we ran into similar behavior as well. From what I understand, if a Custom Activity Script is configured after Manual Review, Vantage expects all documents in the transaction to be fully completed/reviewed before continuing. Even if a document has no visible validation issues, leaving it unreviewed can still cause the post-review script stage to fail and generate the error.json file.

It does seem to be current system behavior/design rather than an issue specifically with your script logic. In our case, we found it important to ensure all documents are marked as completed before the workflow reaches the custom script step.
