The site productivity report allows the system administrator to access the productivity of ABBYY FlexiCapture or individual tenants. This report allows the system administrator to:
Evaluate the allocation of resources to the tenants
Calculate the average productivity of ABBYY FlexiCapture (aggregate report)
Calculate the productivity ABBYY FlexiCapture over a specific period of time and compare it against the productivity figures for a larger time
period.
Site productivity report shows the following statistics:
The total number of tenants
Average productivity over a certain time period
Input productivity
Automatic processing productivity
Manual processing productivity
Maximum queue length for automatic processing
Maximum queue length for manual processing
Number of sessions in one or more tenants or in total.
Processing productivity report allows an administrator of a tenant (or default tenant) calculate the average proceeding productivity and calculate the processing productivity for a specific time period and compare it against a larger time period. The report contains the following statistics:
Aggregate report shows
The number of projects
The number of batch types
Average batch/document/page productivity for a specific time period
Detailed report shows detailed information for the following data
Project
Time period (period of time task has been completed within)
Batch type
Processing stage
Batch productivity
Document productivity
Page productivity
Report layout can be grouped by Project, Batch type or Stage column. To hide unnecessary columns, please, use Show columns control.
General operators report allows administrator and monitoring operator to evaluate the productivity of each operator involved in the manual processing stages. The report contains the following statistics:
Aggregate reports shows:
The number of operators
The number of completed tasks
The number of documents/pages sent to the exceptions
The number of processed documents/pages
The number of confirmed fields/characters
The number of corrected errors
Detailed report shows detailed information for the following data
Operator name
Time period (period of time task has been completed within)
Role
Stage
Project
Batch type
Batch name
Batch pages count
The number of completed tasks
The number of documents/pages sent to exceptions
The number of processed documents/pages
The number of verified fields/symbols
The number of fixed errors
Work time.
General operators report includes statistics for custom processing stages and for custom roles. Batch detailed information (Batch name, Batch pages count columns in the detailed report) is configured on the report’s settings page via Batch details check-box. Users can include or exclude this information from the report.
