For ABBYY FineReader PDF 15 you can find the distruibutive packages for downloading as follows:

If your license type is Standalone (mostly used by individual customers) - http://www.abbyy.com/finereader-downloads/standalone/

a package for organizations having volume licenses - www.abbyy.com/finereader-downloads/multiple-users/
