  Matt, I think your problem is that you may have initially generated defective barcodes which the program can’t detect. First of all, make sure that the barcode conforms to its specification. And it can be recognized by other barcode analyzers.

  If the barcode complies with its specification and is recognized by other analyzers, please send a sample image with your barcode and the version of your program to ABBYY’s Technical Support Service.

  What you can also try are the sample separator barcode images that come with our latest release of FlexiCapture 10. Please refer to the following directory:

  You can also try to pre-recognize your image in FlexiLyaout Studio and check if the barcode is recognized correctly, with the correct type.
  Can you please provide a screenshot of your settings in the scanning station regarding document separation options?

  Hello Matt,
  
  Assembling of documents by separator pages does not work for manual image loading on Scanning Station. It only works when you press "scan pages" button and certain scanning profile is being used. A good news is that you may use some folder with images as a "virtual scanner". See scanning profile settings and corresponding chapter in help file for details.
