Difference between verification station and remote verification station?

Hi, Sorry, I can’t get the idea. What is the difference between a Verification Station and a Remote Verification Station?

LESZEK, remote Verification Stations are similar in functionality to regular Verification Station, The main difference is that they can be used when verification operators work outside of the domain. Remote Verification Station connects to the Application Server over HTTP.

In addition to what Vera mention, the remote station will not let you perform recognition locally on the workstation like the regular Verification Station. If a document was "mis-recognized", on a remote station, you could force it to match a certain document definition but you would need to send it back to the recognition stage in order for the information to get OCRed.
