How can I implement the following scenario?

Hello,
Does anyone have an idea, how the following scenario can be implemented:
on the scanning station the administrator of the system has all of the batch types which may be required by the operators. However, scanning operators in different regions require different sets of batch types.
If somebody can give me advice, I'll be very much obliged

    Hi Roberto,

    I'll try to help you. See...When exporting batch types, first select a set of batch types appropriate for one particular operator (just click the necessary batch types while holding down the CTRL key). Then upload this set of batch types to the server and provide a descriptive name for the set, so that it is clear which operator should use it. Note that when you upload batches to the server, you can give any name to the XML file that stores the batch types. Repeat this operation for the other sets. Now each of the operators should specify the appropriate XML file when selecting the option "Update batch types on start automatically".
