Document separation from multilayer barcode(scannning station & image import profile)

I have a requirement of identifying unstructured documents. No data will be captured from documents but 2 barcodes will be used for separation to create index and export.
1st barcode page - Staff ID (SID-12345)
2nd Barcode Page - Document Type (DocID-Appraisal)
Documents
........
2nd Barcode Page - Document Type (DocID- Resume)
Documents
........
So i need to separate each Staff and its doc types , extract data from both the barcodes and create index and generate separate files for each doc type.
I want to use script at batch level so that script can be applied for scanning station batch as well as Image Import Profile.

Can somebody help me with the script?

Thanks in advance.

    Hi techuser

From the first view, this task does not require a script. You should have just two DocDefs with a barcode field and annex pages. I think, you just did not have any training in FlexiCapture. Ask some ABBYY people about training. Or read the Help file)

Thanks for your reply Ivy. Yes you guessed it right. But i have done quite a few sample projects involving DocDefs and little bit FLS.
I contacted Abbyy support for the same an they tell me i need 2 custom scripts etc. Actually i tried everything possible (except scripts) but then i get assembly error etc. Anyways can you elaborate little more? I guess i did not explain the problem well. I have 15 doc types / Staff and each staff may / may not have all 15 doc types. Does it mean i need to have 15 doc defs?

    HI Techuser

You need to go to document definition > Document Definition Properties > Assembly

Then set the Annexpage to maximum number of page possible in documents (if usually in each doctype has maximum 100 pages then put 100 or more)

I think the assembly error came from this setting

    Hi ScanAddict,

    Thanks for responding.
I had done the same but doc defs were not applied properly. So suppose i created a doc def with 15 doc sections (section page min = 0 max = 1 , assembly min 0 , max 10) and as i told not each staff will have all 15 doc types (sections) i process a document which was missing few sections , i would get assembly error.
Can you tell me how to create OPTIONAL SECTIONS?
