  Hello I am having an issue with Flexicapture 9.0. When trying to delete a document definition I get the following error: "Can't create \Templates\**.*.fcdot_" This is stopping me from deleting the document definition. Has anyone come across this error and know of a solution before I get get in touch with Tech Support? Thanks

  
  
  It says it can't so what's the problem)) give access to the folder with templates
  fcdot_ is a backup

  The problem is the document definition that I need to delete is conflicting with another document definition. Despite the two of them pointing to different flexilayouts etc, they still both try to recognise the documents to this one definition, causing them to fail the recognition process. This is a fault specifically with that definition. Creating another definition with the same flexilayout/docsections as the one that is being misrecognised works but I want to completely remove it instead of letting it sit there. It also has access to those folders so I'm not sure what's stopping me deleting it.
