I'm trying to enable Flexicapture Authentication in version 10.0.6.1589 which was already running on a Windows 2008 R2 Server.
Went to Control Panel, Programs & Features, and add Flexicapture Authentication to Flexicapture Server already installed.
As expected a new site, Login ,was created with anonymous authentication enabled.
But trying to reach the new page (http://server/login) or any other page yields to an error. Printscreens can be seen here https://www.dropbox.com/s/pvmrspes50...SSettings.docx
Can anyone provide detailed information on how to enable Flexicapture Authentication into a working installation?.
Any help would be appreciated.
Regards

Firstly, it seems that you use IIS7.*. For this case there is an article 1536 in the knowledgebase, in which you can find that Flexicapture Authentication may not be shown, but still should work.
Secondly, I see on your screenshots that "Forms authentication" ("Autenticación mediante formularios") is enabled. As far as I know, it is not enabled by default. Have you enabled it? Maybe disabling it (and checking all the settings with Administrator's Guide) will help you?
If it won't, then could you please try to connect from the local machine, or turn off custom errors mode, as it suggested on the screenshot? This will help to understand what is the error.
Hope this information would be helpful, and looking forward to hearing from you.
atorino,
The screen resolution is a bit bad when I zoom in so I can't really see the setting very well. It might be best to talk to your local ABBYY Support.
I've encounter a lot of these web issue and in general, check to make sure you are using the correct applicaton pool setting. i.e. the correct .net and make sure its 32bit. The release you are on needs .net 4.0. If you're still having problem and are in the usa time zone, I might be able to help you out using a web meeting or something.
