I would like ask you for a tip how to get a barcode from a first page of attachements to index field of inovice.
A project is create in FlexiCapture 10 Distributed version + FlexiLayout Studio.
Scenario is: scan batches of multipage invoice and their attachements. On a first page of invoice is barcode 128 ( Fxxxxxx) and in first page of attachments is also barcode 128 ( Pxxxxx). The barcodes of inovice will have always first char F and attachments will have always char P.
In attachment you can find both type of document.
Data will be captured only from invoices. One of index field is “Attachment” and this field will have value of attachment´s barcode.
In a production an operator inserts batches of documents to scan´s feeder with this order : 1 invoice – 1 attachements, 2 invoice – 2 attachements.... but attachement isn´t required and sometimes attachment will not . It means the order will be be : 1 invoice, 2 inovice, 3 invoice – 3 attachements, 4 inovice – 4 attachements, 5 inovice ....

You cannot extract information from attachments as well as from annex pages. Why don't you want to use special Document Section for barcode pages?
Irene is correct. Why not just make a separate section for "Attachment" and capture the barcode. You can set the assembly min to 0 and this way it would be optional.
