Hi,
Sorry if I am asking the same question from previous thread. My knowledge is minimal.
Current setting:
Created a layout containing a single field in abbyy.
The layout was exported and added to the document definition of the project.
abbyy works based on HOT FOLDER. The files are added to the hotfolder and they are processed automatically by abbyy..
I want to enable verification for document where the confidence level is below hundred percent.
Also, How should I run verification on documents in the batches .?
I get an error when I try to run verification server
Error Message
Unable to access Document ('Batch HF_ID122\ID:469').
This object is locked for task Id 109757.
Steps to fix the above will be very helpfull

Have you attended FlexiCapture training? If not you might want to consider it. This is some of the basic stuff that is taught in that class. Talk to your local ABBYY sales rep. As for your question, the easiest option is the Workflow setting. Open up the Project Setup Station and go to your Batch Type. Remember if you don't have a batch type, you do. Its the default batch type (Project - Project Properties). Under workflow, you should see "Skip Verification ..." You should see its set to 0%. By default this setting will make everything go to Verification or Data Verification if its NOT 100%. So default setting should already do what you want
As for the error of the object is locked, how are you getting your verification task? Are you trying to grab it through the Project Setup station or Batch View in the Verification Station? Easiest option is to open up a Verification Station normally and stay in the Queue list view. Then grab a task from there. If you want to grab a specific batch, you can right click on the queue and select explore queue and then pick the batch/task you want. Otherwise you can go into batch list view and get task first. As you can see there are many option and training should help with all these questions. Or at least get a demo from your local ABBYY sales rep.
Thanks for the reply. The verification station worked for me.
cheers
