I´ve been searching for a while for this.
Is there a way to automatically erase in HotFolder subfolder called Processed? I´m not sure if some of export Delete configuration can manage this or there has to be created some separated task to do such a thing?

Your question is quite old and you've probably found the solution yourself, but let me share my opinion anyway
To erase the Processed folder in the HotFolder you could change settings for imported files in the Import Profile Options (specify some other path with the Move imported files to: - then they will be removed from the HotFolder and placed to the location you choose), or select “Delete imported files” in the same tab if you do not need to keep the processed files for further use.
