License Deactivation

Hi,
Is it possible to activate a trial license into a ABBYY dongle key?
And what is the procedure of Deactivate a active license from FC 11 license manager. I have tried with license deactivation wizard, But it says "Maximum number of deactivation has been reached "
What dose it mean? i never deactivate any license from this PC or dongle before.

    Hi Rasel,

Do you have an expired trial license and would like to continue a trial use? If so you may contact to manager who provided you the trial license and request him/her to renew the license for 30 days one more time (*) and get information about possibility of a trial dongle license.
(*) But I don't guarantee that the manager will do this, it depends from your case.

    Hi Nechaeva,

Thank you for your suggestion. But in other cases i have one Distributor and one Standalone (partner key) license which is activated into a single dongle.
Now i need to move a license from this dongle key to another dongle (either Distributor or Standalone one). I have tried to deactivate with license deactivation wizard, But it says "Maximum number of deactivation has been reached "
What dose it mean? i never deactivate any license from this PC or dongle before.

    Dear Rasel,

The message you are getting means that there are no more deactivations possible for your license. The limit of deactivations (as well as the limit of activations) is defined in the license properties by sales manager and may be 0 (that is, no deactivations available).
So if you would like to get additional deactivations or activations, then please contact the person who provided you with your license. The same person should be able to give you instructions on how the license should be written to another dongle key.
