So I'm trying to use FlexiCapture with several document definitions that are similar, but not the same, and I realized lately that there may be discrepancies in the naming that's been used to create the Blocks in Flexi Layout. Is there a simple way to output just the names of the blocks used by the document definitions in Flexi Capture?

All field names in Document Definition are inherited from FlexiLayout Blocks and can't be changed manually. The only names that can be changed are of fields that were created directly in FlexiCapture after importing FlexiLayout. If you are referring to Data Form names, those are set to field names by default but can be changed later on.
If that didn't provide required information please clarify why do you need to change Block names.
