The documents are being verified double times but the task is not saved after double data verification and is moved to exceptions with the error "Double Verification results cannot be merged"?

It was confirmed that the error happens for those documents, which have 3 sets of data verification results instead of 2.
It was also confirmed that for one of those data verification operators the data verification task is not completed as expected ("end processing task" record in batch event log), but documents modified in frames of this task were successfully saved on server.
This might happen because of:
1) Data Verification Station crashed with Access Violation or its work was forcibly ended from task manager etc. In case of crash you should be able to see errors in Application branch of Windows event log of the station, which processed the task ended by "end processing task" event.
2) Network disconnection between server and station.
3) Deleted session of data verification station by administrator in Administration and Monitoring Console ( Monitoring -> Sessions tab).
