One user have open defintion in Project manager and now I can't editing it. That user is no longer active. Is there any option that I can use to disconnect him from definiton editing.

You can use Discard Changes Button (Remark: right of Document definition list).
or
If you thing this case has problem about session you can check by this step:
1.Go to Administration and Monitoring Console (Start >> ABBYY FlexiCapture 10 Servers >>Administration and Monitoring Console)
2.On the tab click Monitoring
3.click Session
4.you can check about session on this.
