For Example If time for Recognition more than 10 min will change stage to verification or exception

Hi James,
I'm afraid there is no such built-in functionality currently. However it can be still done using FlexiCapture web API and some C# code - tray or service application.
Tasks have a property "CreationTime" and "ModificationTime" as well as "StageType". Those can be used for monitoring the on-going recognition duration.
For more information regarding that concept please read Application Programming Interface (API) > References > Data Types > Task in Developer's help (can be found in FlexiCapture11 servers folder).
