    Hello,

What kind of project do you use? Do these documents have problem in any project or only in some  special types?

If this problem is encountered in any project, please send us these pdf files (or provide a link where we can download them).

Otherwise, if the problem exists in special project only, please send us the entire project.

    Hi,

    I get a "internal program error:Division by zero",whenever i scan a document.

I have been about 50% able to scan in 1200dpi grey scale  and less so in colour,i thought it may be a Ram issue, but i have 8G of Ram,i'm running vista home premium 32bit,2.2Ghzquad core 9550 AMD phenom processor.

I have been scanning electronics magazines, and have scanned most of that which i have,i got an error message during a scan ,something like OCR cannot determine page language,to that effect,i tried to scan again and received the internal error:division by zero,i shut the program, restarted my pc and the same thing occurs no matter what,i uninstalled the software, but the same thing happens.

I installed ABBYY finereader to my vista home premium laptop and it will scan no problem,so the scanner is not at fault.

So you have any idea of how to fix this,i have ordered software to try an install repair of my opperating system, this i would believe is a last resort, failing all other routes method.

    Thanks.
