we would like to save files to separate subfolders inside hot folder.
what we have noticed is that not just file is purged after is detected but also complete subfolder structure.
Is there any possibility to remain subfolder structure inside hot-folder?

Hello,
The FC always deletes subfolders after processing documents. Root HotFolders are not deleted by FC. If you have rigidly defined structure of import documents and want to save it, you may create several import profiles and set your subfolders as root element for each profile.
