I have a field which is not recognised and it has a "merge field" rule. It merges the content on a field which is into a repeating group.
I am wondering if on a Document Definition what is the best way to set a field to be manually verified only if:
- a specific field is not recognised (which is a QR Code)
- any field in the repeating group (the fields which are merged) does not require verification (so they are correctly recognised).
I am thinking about:
- set the "requires verification" and send to field verification in the repeating group fields
- set an entry condition for the Verification Stage into the workflow settings
Any idea?

Hello,
You may use the both methods. They will work, but they will have different results.
If you define an entry condition for the Verification Stage all documents, which are not appropriate for this condition, will not be available on manual verification. By the other hand, if you set the flag of "requires verification", all documents will enter the stage and will be available for inspection.
