Hi.
In my FlexiCapture 11 project I often have many tasks in the Exception queue in which all documents are in the Unprocessed status, as you can see in this screenshot:
In batches which are referred to these tasks not all documents are unprocessed, but many are correctly processed and exported.
I am wondering what could cause this problem, could you help me please?

Sorry, at the present moment we don't have enough information to find out the cause of such behavior. We need to examine your project to understand the situation better, is it possible to send us a copy?
You may find more information about document processing in your environment by yourself if you look at the task processing logs on the Processing Server.
