Hi,
I use Advanced Workflow with the following stages:
1. Exceptions
2. Scanning
3. Recognition
4. CustomStageA ==> (Automatic stage; Base Type = User Type Script)
5. Verification
6. Export
7. CustomStageB ==> (Automatic stage; Base Type = User Type Script)
8. Processed
When I view StatisticTasks table, I noticed that the timing (seconds) for CustomStageA is 0 seconds.
It doesn't seem correct, because when I captured the timing manually using stopwatch, it was about 2 minutes.
Do I miss anything?
Thanks.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. Could you please tell us, if the values in the CompletedTasks column are all 0 for all entries that have 0 in the Seconds column?
Our developers are aware about this issue and work on it, so most probably the patch with the fix will be available soon.
Hello Ekaterina,
Some of the values in the CompletedTasks are not 0, e.g. "CustomStageA" as shown below.
ProcessingStageName,CompletedTasks,ExceptionTasks,ProcessedDocuments,Seconds
Exceptions\Data Preprocessing for Remote Client,0,0,0,0
Exceptions\Data Postprocessing after Remote Client,1,0,0,1
Recognition,1,0,0,70
CustomStageA,1,0,0,0
Verification\Data Preprocessing for Remote Client,0,0,0,0
Verification,1,0,1,122
Verification\Data Postprocessing after Remote Client,1,0,0,1
Export,1,0,0,0
CustomStageB,1,0,0,0
Hello,
Thank you for the updated information.
As this issue is already in work, we suppose that it can be fixed in some patch for FC11 that will be ready soon, please keep an eye on our news and release notes.
Hello Ekaterina,
