I found no matter web service or hot folder are not work now, it is work correctly before.
I have checked the processing monitor, the processing server&stations are all started and hot folder is enable.
But task tab is always empty. What is the reason on this situation?

The detailed analysis of this issue is out of scope of this forum. Please contact your regional support. It would be great if you sent them the windows event logs:
To save event logs:
Click Start, and point to Programs.
Point to Administrative Tools, and then click Event Viewer.
Right-click the appropriate log file (Application, Security, System, Directory Service, or File Replication Service).
Click Save Log File As.
Type a name for the file, and click Save.
