Hello,
Could you please describe your scenario in more details because in the standard scenario recognition is started automatically?
Hello,
I've some scanstation that at the end of batch scanning, send the batch to server. Now a script create a folder and put the images into (renaming them). In this scenario, if the recognition is scheduled, it can elaborate the batch before the dispatch of the all images is completed (so I've an uncompleted batch).
I can eliminate the script and use a standard send to recognition, but I don't know how I can do to be sure that the batch sending is completed.
Thanks.
Hello,
The XML-ticket can be used for your purpose. We may offer you the following scenario:
Create the XML-ticket file in your hot folder that will contain the complete list of all required files. Place this ticket into the hot folder before image files.
When all files will be successfully placed in the input folder, the recognition will start.
Please see the “XML Ticket” article in the recognition Help.
The complete list of required files can be obtained by accumulating the image files in a temporary folder, until the signal of batch's completeness is received. This functionality should be implemented by any custom scripts or services.
