Verification station- Move one document

Hi All,

In the verification your able to move the whole batch to a different stage but can you only move 1 document in that batch to a stage?
We sometimes get documents that we need to process urgently but there's a document in that batch that is holding it up. 

For a clearer understanding. I want to separately move ONE document to EXPORT without moving the whole batch. Is this possible?

    Hi,

    It is possible, but verification user must have enabled "Read the list of the project batches". With this option enabled, user can select batch queue view and search for a batch. After user finds the batch, will click on Get Task -> verify one particular document from that batch and click on Close Task, and this document should be routed to the next stage.

    Where would I enable this? I am using Flexicapture 12 distributed.

    Hi,

    You can enable it in Role properties. Open Project setup station, click on Project -> Project Properties -> User Roles tab, double click role that users are using and Role properties window will open.

    This option is already enabled for the 'Senior Verification Operator'. 
    In batch view I find a batch that has 2 documents. I open the batch and see that one document has an error and the other one does not. If I want to move that document with no error to the export stage I open the batch in the web verification station and see there are 2 tasks. I select the task that doesn't have an error and both documents are coming up. 

    I followed what you told me to do and that hasn't worked. 
    Please advise.

    Hi,

    Please note that each document in a batch doesn't necessarily means it belong to different task. When you click on Get Task, all documents with the same Task ID will be shown up in verification. You can verify one document from that batch and close task, then one verified document without errors will be moved to the next stage, while document with error will stay in verification queue. Hope this helps.
