Hello,
I've set the option to remove blank page on the batch type and enabled the 'Text objects' option and set it to 0, but when I import image, the blank page doesn't seem to get removed.
The page has nothing in it, but still it's not removed.
Why is it not working?

I have reproduced the issue you are facing. There are 2 ways to fix it:
1. Do not use Before matching event (in your case this is inacceptable, but maybe will help for other people)
2. Create a registry key of String type in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ABBYY\FlexiCapture\11.0\Controller\
DeleteEmptyPagesDuringImport = “true”
You need to modify this key for the user under which the processing station that does the import is running. (here are the instructions: https://www.pdq.com/blog/modifying-the-registry-of-another-user/)
