Single Sign-On for flexicapture

Hi,

We are trying to capture our verification station within an iframe within our application:

<iFrame src="@string.Format("http://<Server>/FlexiCapture12/VerificationNew/WinAuth/#/Verify?taskId={0}&projectId={1}&returnTo=DeadEnd&mode=mini", taskId, projectId)" width="100%" height="2000px">
</div>

Idea is they click on a task and it opens the iframe with the taskId passed through... however we need Single Sign-On and I cannot for the life of me find useful documentation on how to do this... is anyone able to offer advice/documentation on how to do this?
