Dynamic Line Items Extraction From A Invoice ( Not from a table)

Hi,

I am facing a challenge to extract dynamic line items from a invoice where the line items are not presented in a tabular format. Here,line item labels are left aligned & corresponding values are right aligned. I do have some header & footer to judge the boundary of those line items. Please help me to suggest some solution.
