Remote verification station issue

Dear All,

I am facing a problem at remote verification station. When i am open from users PC remote verification station (role with senior verification operator) that time recognition button shown disable but when i am open  remote verification station (role with senior verification operator) from server that time recognition button shown enable. how could it be fixed?
