I'm new to the FlexiCapture world. Can someone point me to documentation that describes how I can read and parse the information in a QR code?

You can start with help.abbyy.com : http://help.abbyy.com/en-us/flexicapture/12/distributed_administrator/properties_recognition_barcode

But, you will probably not find script that will fulfill your project requirements. And you can ask here on the forum, you can create new topic anytime.
