In version 12 Flexicapture for Invoices Standalone we have image import profile(s) setup using MAPI and IMAP. They are both configured which auto-checking option as true and to move emails to exceptions folder on failure. When we get a failure the email is moved correctly but auto-checking is then disabled meaning the user then has to manually set auto-checking to true.
Given that Flexicapture deals with the issue by moving the email to the exceptions folder we would be happier if auto-checking remained active and further emails received were processed automatically. Is there a way to ensure auto-checking stays active after an import failure?

Hello,
The scenario of FlexiCaputre Standalone Edition presumes that there is an operator around who sees the error message and reacts to it (checks Exception folder, starts “Autochecking” after that).
This behavior is considered correct in terms of FC Standalone.
